Well seems pretty obvious to me, their record of M+A, and fiscal responsiblity is soooo poor to date and it's last best hope is PDSG, and that seems to be grasping at straws. I would say without hesitaion and without shame their forte appears to be in spending and losing money

I would say simply put it on red or black.

That is waaayyy better of a chance as ANY of them have EVER demonstrated from all their hard work, DD, and tough times.
