Both of these are historical, and therefore, by definition, excluded from Safe Harbor provisions:

continuing to help deliver CDX to a larger market audience

The reputation of Attain will, in some part, be based on products which they endorse and promote, in my very humble opinion.

Would they do this for CDX if it was inferior?
