The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) Program will consist of a multiple award contract vehicle to provide a comprehensive, world-wide, solution to support both VA and non-VA customers with a ceiling value of $12 billion.

Attain is a Federal Services small business based in Vienna, Virginia with in depth experience and
qualifications within Veteran Affairs. We are looking for T4 teammates who have experience and qualifications
in all of the tasks listed in the PWS, specifically: engineering, facility design/modification services, cyber
