Communication with USPTO - Update

SGE has been in email communication with the Director of the re-exam unit. A reply to the compelling email was received within (1.5 or 2.5) hours of the email being sent. (not sure of time difference) It was obvious from the response that the Director checked into our case specifically (or was already familiar), but advised that he could not discuss the reexamination with a shareholder. He did advise that based on time elapsed, the '336 is "due" for an initial OA.

Please do not request the emails be posted here or ask for commentary. After what happened last time, when the email got EXACTLY the desired response (i.e., RESULTS), the subsequent unfounded abuse - permitted by Agora and its members - demands that such details not be posted. While we will not be answering any questions, it was felt that basic content of the USPTO's reply should be shared with Agroacom members.
