Quite the contrary, in reality, the BOD has had many opportunities to justify their IMO excessive pay, from $2+ all the way down to 8 CENTS and has proven unable to right the ship (note the key issue, the ability to right the ship).........And yet it's a good time for a pay cut?.......LMAO........They've tried and consistantly failed and I want them out. This company and its issues are too complex for them......IMO......
