Sorry Tom, but I don't think there is much to discuss until the shareholders unite and oust the Board Members. These board members have proven themselves inept. They may not even care about increasing shareholder value. That Doctor who is a major shareholder is making good money as a non contributing member of the board. Sort of like a dividend for holding his shares. He has a good gig going for him. Gloria is running a CPA office and writing books. Another guy is a laywer for Swartz. These folks are running this company when they can, best they can. They don't seem to have a passion for PTSC or a passion to see it grow. They need to go. The biggest challenge we face is who to replace them with. Once we have replacements in line, maybe we could get some unification towards giving the current underperforming, overpaid board of directors the boot.
