Seems to be a conflict in messages. First they have the projects, and it's only a matter of the timing that caused the revenue shortfall,

Now, by inference, they seem to be indicating they don't actually have the $3M to $6M in the pipeline already, but are trying to ACCESS these markets. If anyone can get clarification on that, please do.
