Contact Caplan , as it seems like he has their ears and find out who wants to take part.......

When we have about 10-15 people who have the largest amount of shares we then make an appointment to meet in S.D and talk about who they would like to see replace them.....

They must be open to this discussion .....

If they truely cared about PTSC they would consider this option.............This could be done without comproming any NDA / or insider info i am sure.......

Change is all their ever is and the BOD is going against every principal in the universe....

Every successful company has plan B , plan C if plan A fails............It seems like the board is so stubborn that they would rather blame fate instead of looking in the mirror......
