Well put! At the minimum! While these things have been very apparent to pretty much everyone who posts here, regardless of their views, it continues to seem unfathomable that changing circumstances outwith the control of the BoD are completely disregarded and don't even merit lip service by the planless proponents for BoD change.

There's an old addage about old dogs and new tricks that comes to mind. Hope at the least, despite it's obvious tried and true wisdom, that addage can be proven wrong.
