The questions should not be about all this minutiae about who said what when or when/where the BOD screwed things up. Not about what Gloria meant or didn't mean or what Baroni is doing or what RG should have done. Not who lied about what when PTSC was sold the bill a goods.
As far as PTSC goes, the question should be whether there is any chance of receiving MMP licenses revenues ever again. Can they survive the cash burn, can PDS do the job, will TPL be the death of this company?
Any value this company has, any future at all beyond a sub-penny shell, is dependent on the future of the MMP. Not just the PTO decision, but whether any of the entities (TPL/PDS/PTSC) can pursue license revenue for PTSC even if there is a favorable PTO decision. Time is running out, cash is running out. And as shareprice indicates, investor confidence is just about gone.
