A USPTO supervisor previously told me that new information will first appear in the transaction history - 3-4 days before it is viewable in the image file wrapper.

For the previous re-exam, the actual notice of intent to issue was about 14 pages (viewable in image file wrapper). Once this document is viewable for the current re-exam we will be able to see what claims (if any) have been changed.
