What will really make a difference is revenue. I can wait.
Even after licensing consequent to the recertified '336 gathers pace, what are the odds, that as surely as night follows day, the hiatus in licensing will be blamed on the BoD despite the tacit acknowledgement that the recertification, something the BoD had no control over whatsoever, is instrumental in lessening validity challenges?
I note now that, in a change of tack from the previously opined class action suit, there now comes the suggestion of a "malpractice suit", hot on the heels, as it were, of the extremely positive recertification news by the USPTO.
Go figure.
