CF can release a PR from anywhere in the world--he does not have to be in Ca.. I do think that he has to wait untill he gets the "ok" from the PTO. He MAY get it today and release the PR tomorrow---who knows! I certainly can wait a few more days. I just hope that he and DL can come to some sort of resolution that will make us all happy. GL, ads
