If CDX4 wasn't being used by a company with over 120 installations I'm sure one could stretch the evidence to show that it had been at least tested and was therefore successful however, with it having enabled several agencies to connect with NJ-DEx, that in and of itself is evidence of success. They are using it, and several more are in the process.

As to "Most anything would be for sale at the right price", isn't this reserved for that which is going to be very expensive?
