A telephone conversation or handshake does not mean that they have any ties other than interest in PTSC, IMHO. However, that is something that is probably easily clarified by asking both parties--which is what we should do if SC ever decided to take a seat on the BoD. Funny that we should be having this conversation anyway--SC may not even be interested in this company any longer--who knows? We need SGE 1 on the BoD--he was a good contracts man with a military background and a true supporter of PTSC--I would vote for him too.
