Not sure who told you this but I don't believe it is accurate, at all. If there is an official document authorized/issued by a US government entity residing in the public domain then it is more than fair game to be commented upon by the company. And since, in this instance, said document pertains to our single most valuable corporate asset, it is incumbent upon the company to comment on it, even if such comment is guarded in some respects pending a more thorough review. To say that they have to wait for snail mail to deliver a paper copy is rather weak, IMHO.
