I recall that PTSC *did* issue a PR before TPL for several of the more recent MMP licenses. I don't know whether or not PTSC received TPL's permission to do so, but they didn't fight about it then. Or maybe they did but we didn't know about it; maybe it fed Leckrone's resentment enough for him to make life difficult all round, who knows? But he's got a reason as good as anyone else's to patch things up now.

By all accounts, TPL is more cash starved than us - - which should be more of a reason than most to patch things up. I hope this is the case and that we can outlast them if need be to bring them to the table (I had to waste our precious resourses to do so however). I wish I were a fly on the wall to see if those new employees were hired and how they are being paid..(probably with our money that has not been returned..or are they funding their activities against us with our money..if the later is the case..what bitter irony..
