PTO action on the 336 is so powerful that with no PR a million shares were traded to the positive, the first day. Thanks LL for bringing it to the boards attention. Thanks Opty and crew for your excellent write up that definitely got the ball moving at PTO. The congressional I wrote ( using the guidance provided by Opty as a back up) still has not been answered from the end of May request, lol. BUT, The liaison did state that he had bugged PTO 4 times. The squeaky wheel gets the grease! I informed them positive news was afoot but I still wanted a reply. They continue to pursue. Another Giant step forward.

Now the one big step back. Leckrone has a lot to answer for . He is screwing us and PTSC, the same way he screwed Moore. The Son of a, owes us millions, has us tied up court because he won't pay up, has everything covered up under priviledged information and is obviously holding up release of information on the 336. THE BIG QUESTION: Is he refusing to sign off on the approved documentation from PTO? Leckrone is the problem we face, not the BOD. TPL should have gone ballistic as they did previously stating that, wow, the 336 is approved and abusers will pay. Katie bar the doors. This is not occuring because he holds leverage over approval of letter from PTO. Could this be taken up by PDS with a demand that the approval be signed? I am obviously a little vague because I am unaware of all the legal dealings that are going on but if you don't sign off then guess what you can't say that the deal is approved. The problem we face may be in the documentation that has yet to be signed off on by Lecky the lizard. Moore said it best.
