I think things could be superb depending on how things go legally. Leckrone is nasty but he is a good lawyer. He is dead wrong on the millions he owes and in the millions he may have taken away with adding his patents to the MMP and we can only hope the law sees what he is up to and is on our side. Hopefully we have paid for top legal assistance to defeat him and to get changes in the way we do business with the MMP. PDS action is the first place they should start.

Unfortunately, if he doesn't sign off on the document from PTO we may be forced to take legal action to get him to sign off. It won't be approved until they sign off, therefore, no approval IMHO.I believe the board's efforts to get PTO to finally evaluate wasn't on the agenda of TPL for sure and PTSC may have been waiting for court success before addressing PTO. We changed the timeframe and pushed it forward. What no one seems to realize at the moment at TPL is that we are on a timeframe with the patents. It takes time to adjudicate in court just like in Texas and it takes time to get violators to sign up. Leckrone is a bonehead that has lost his way in the forest. Millions could be made on a daily basis but he thinks he can have it all and vindictively treats his friends the same way others treat their enemies, unless he always considered us the enemy, the same as Chuck Moore. You won't get away with it Leckrone. Your actions are disgraceful and somewhere along the way you are going to pay.
