I agree that The BOD and past and present regimes have made errors right from the start. Pohl and company took the money and ran accepting a faulty contract that allowed TPL to call all the shots on PR's and other areas that should not have been exclusively in TPL's domain. The current BOD has acquiesed(sp) allowing him to borrow $2 million that he would repay supposedly as soon as revenue would come in which didn't of course because the 336 was back with PTO.

The BOD did do the right thing going after him for the 2 million as he tricked them into thinking it would be paid back right away.

Significant mistakes have been made. Now is the time to fix them and fix Leckrone in court and out of court on PDS.
