It struck me as interesting how S&L were continually blamed for dumping shares at reset dates and diluting the O/S, benefitting from the warrants receiving the 8 cents payments - the legality of which was often questioned, and not a single word has been mentioned about all the other warrant holders.

Much is being said about the "Master Agreement", but consent by the warrant holders, of which Caplan was one, was conditional on the formation of PDS.

He is now being put forward as a potential BoD nominee.
