Besides the legal requirements of such announcements which might take some time I'd prefer a PR which not only confirms the NIRC but also a solution between PTSC and TPL regarding their licensing contract (perfectly with CM as partner on our side...).

Additionally it could be the time starts after arrival of the letter at PTSC and not with publication on the USPTO website...but I don't know for sure.
