I know where you are coming from.... but a few differences (I think)....

336 is certified... which I assume TPL/PTSC knew before the settlement..I believe they contact by mail before action...(correction welecome)

PTSC/TPL are currently disputing when a license can be signed/ PTSC must agree,,, so I assume they have agreed... on this one... once agian our board experts please correct me if I am wrong...

Has I have stated several times people work together much easier when they are making money or by not working together they are losing money... we will go up be because we have a lot we can gain!!!!

But I do understand your frustration... once we see some better settlements the lambs follow!!!!
