We never have been informed about the agreement TPL/PTSC have entered with Panasonic-group, Thoshiba and NEC.

We've meanwhile survieved II reex. at least with the 336. Furthermore, the German court has afirmed it, too.

So, what to expect from the agreements in 2007?
