I was looking at some posts from a German stock board and noticed that 40 shareholders contributed to the costs for German representation at an earlier Shareholder Meeting. Perhaps more will have reason to attend this year?

They do have the advantage when news breaks after the bell, in either buying or selling, but the price on the OTCBB is a better guide to the price, based on actual volume.
