Is there a reason that you can think of as to why the judge wouldn't sign the settlement?

If both parties agree then I would think (I don't really know) that the judge's signature is merely a formality necessary to officially close the case but would have nothing to do with PTSC and/or TPL issuing some kind of press release, do you agree?

The USPTO mailed the NIRC on July 19, it is now July 27 and still no PR from PTSC. I have no doubt that a PR had been written well in advance of the notice and still there is nothing from the company.

I hope this means that when there is a PR it/they will address multiple announcements:

Sirius, TPL settlement, NIRC, new CEO and of course PDSG the future revenue generator.
