The "fraudulently obtained" refers to the terms and rationale for the loans and is the reason that PTSC is taking Leckrone to court. If there was no problem with the loans they would not have taken him to court for proper redress. Obviously I do not know the specifics any more than anyone else not involved but it was realized by at least Flowers and Johnson that they were hoodwinked by Leckrone.

The reverse engineered material can be developed by others as much as it can be done by TPL. Also, they could hire competent people to complete this work as the reversed engineering is an ongoing process not jusy retrospective. If they are going to prove that the iphone is culpable they will need to tear down the iphone. Dan Leckrone and company is not the only one that can do this.
