Anyone still believe that there is potential future revenue to be derived from the J3 lawsuit?

I remember that the resolution of it at the time had us all scratching our heads as to why PTSC/TPL did not come out of the wrangling with a huge win.

There was speculation that that the outcome of the case was conditionally associated with the recertification of the 336.

I, for one, want to see royalties of some kind this time around. It is simply impossible to value the stock of PTSC properly if you don't know what the revenue stream is too look like in any way, shape, or form.

I also wonder how out of the closet the news is at this point. Clearly, the last few days have been insiders and people like us who have followed the company for years. for that matter, how many of us are there really left...

Point being that it is going to take a ton of volume and interest to get the stock up to the levels that we all hope for and it ain't 2006 anymore in terms of wild penny stock speculation.

Finally, we are dilluted worse than a screwdriver at a Las Vegas casino. It is unfortunate that PTSC did not spend their capital during these down times to repurchase their stock and reduce the float. Announcing a real buyback plan based on a percentage of settlement dollars that puts a dent in the # of OS share would be a worthwhile effort, IMO.
