According to reliable board sources:

Flowers was on a Princess cruise ship in a hot tub drinking a beer (or maybe something stronger, not sure), therefore unable to contribute in yesterday's PR. I don't know who paid for the cruise...so don't ask. CJ, extremely buried with work but always having our shareholder interests as his #1 concern, stepped in for our CEO/CFO Flowers and inserted his name into the pre-written Press Release. This should squash any concerns about Mr. Johnson earning his keep...don't ya think?

Apparently the Princess cruise ship docked in San Diego this morning in time for Mr. Flowers to get into the office and execute the 8K referred to in Milestone's post...hence the "Looks like Flower's is back".

I think I got all of it. I had to catch up and read a lot of posts to figure this out BTW. You guys still glad I came back? LOL
