I'm just trying to figure out what it is we actually think we know ...

Was the Sirius suit (against us!) based on the validity of the '336, and since it (the '336) was upheld by the USPTO, then they (Sirius) requested withdrawal of the suit?

Is this what just happened?

If so, does it mean we actually have agreed at this point on a license, or just that their suit against us has been dropped (as above), and we still have to prove infringement?

Until we get official word and clarification from PTSC/TPL/Alliacense, I'm remaining cautious, but optimistically so.
