PTSC/TPL, please work on settling the legal issues so that we can all prosper. Remember what the original goal legally was in the first place.

I believe some of the problems result from the different parties having different goals in the first place. Some may have thought they had the same goals where as others really didn't. One example would be CM's goal vs that of Lecrone. Right now I don't think they have the same goals. All that said I think all parties have a similar goal to make money. As I see it the problem is percentages!
