Patent infringement is ALL about lawyers.

Through the "Leaderdhip" of PTSC, Henneman was selected to "strategize, navigate and contribute" to the successful prosecution of the patents both under re-examination and revalidation at the USPTO.

It is now down to lawyers to negotiate licensing, not the BoD, as I'm sure any sober shareholder will concur.
