Bravo to you and the other 5. Bravo to Mr. Caplan as well for his willingness to stand up for election/appointment. We need a change, and the poor record of the current crop of BOD members has EARNED their exit, despite their good intentions and upstanding character. This is a good start.

As I'm sure there will be plenty of naysayers and those who say this is futile, consider that at 5% representation, that's approx 20.5M shares. When you look at the results below of the last BOD election and in light of the new rules on the way votes are counted, it wouldn't take much more than 10 to 12 % of the shareholder base to move at least ONE of these BOD members out in favor of someone we support. With just under 91M votes considered, 12% of the 409M outsatnding shares would provide 49M votes for a candidate we support, and ould be enough to take out the weakest link based on the last results.
