My hope would be that... IF... the proposal is allowed and it passes then anyone not receiving a majority of positive votes would then be asked to resign...as I mentioned in the proposal... as other companies have installed and hopefully PTSC would do also

If the company adopts such a procedure...and if the propsoal is allowed to be voted on and passes...then we as shareholders can then immediately propose a nominee( as some on this board have done so through a letter to the Board) and then that nominee could be considered as a replacement. That would not guarantee one of our nominees to take a seat on the board, in place of anyone not receiving a majority of positive votes, but it would open an avenue for shareholders to do so and at least feel like they are an integral part of the company and the makeup of the BOD.

JMHO
