Wait a minute..Are you telling me that PTSC holds an exclusive, validated patent on a process almost as valuable as if they held a patent on making water and it's only trading at 18 cents a share? Something's wrong here, regardless of the # of shares outstanding. The question must be..are they competent enough to get value for what they have?
