It is Felcyn's duty to ensure a growth in value of the Falk Trust, as it is her duty to ensure a growth in value of PTSC. The two are synonymous, both increase/decrease in tandem.

If the beneficiaries of the Trust are satisfied that she is fulfilling her duties to them, then I am satisfied that she is fulfilling her duties to shareholders.
