To be fair, prior to ANY of the current BOD members appointments to the BOD, you had NONE of what you ask for from Mr. Caplan on any of them. For example, Scrhrock was appointed to the BOD and then voted on. Before that, all you knew about him was what you could garner from doing some DD. Same for Mistry. Same for the 3 amigos. That is unless you knew them personally in some fashion.
We're not VOTING for Mr. Caplan today. We can't vote for him until the BOD stands for election. However, the BOD can APPOINT him just as they have done with Schrock and Mistry. And then we can vote on him after that point. The scenario would be NO DIFFERENT, than it was with those to BOD members...that is EXCEPT, I think in most people's view rather than replacing a Tredenick or a Turley, we'd be replacing a Falk, Felcyn or Johnson, with Mr. Caplan.
You're not being consistent in your criteria or the standards you're wanting to hold Mr. Caplan to. And quite obviously, just as you do with Felcyn, you can call Mr. Caplan and discuss with him your questions directly. Most of us, however, don't have the current BOD's phone numbers to discuss our questions live with them, and are instead relegated to corresponding in writing with the company, and not receiving even the courtesy of a reply.
