Yes, Mr. Mistry has impressive credentials, but so does Donald Schrock. Mr. Schrock was the reason I stayed in this stock when the wheels were coming off with the SP back in 2008. I felt his addition to the BoD added legitimacy and enforced my beliefs in this company based on the years of DD performed. I have seen him at 2 SHM's and not a word from him. I just don't get it. He has impressive credentials in the chip industry and management of IP, yet we never hear from him? I would like to see someone champion the PTSC story. The "336 just passed a very rigourous USPTO reexam. PubPat has championed the fight against the "336....they LOST...we WON, now I want to see an agent/representative from our company champion our story. We deserve it IMO. That is all I want. If no one from PTSC Management/BoD steps up, then it makes feel as if all the nay sayers are right, that we are a patent troll. Why? Because no transparency. If we have something that is truly worth something, then we should be shouting it from the roof tops. I understand the lack of transparency in the past, but now I expect deals to be more in the spotlight. PTSC Management, please climb to the roof tops and tell our story. That is what this shareholder wants.

Good luck everyone!

Donald E. Schrock
