We all seem to lose focus on what the real issue regarding the lack of SP appreication is......TPL's determination to keep license fees secret. We will never gain any substainable appreciation until we can brag about what it cost infringers to license. Until that dollar amount brings fear to infringers it will always be the same. Continually lining them up and letting them off the hook just does them a favor. The military loves operating in the stealth mode investors don't. Time to change the plan. Time to change the commericalization agreement, or get someone else to execute the plan that is more agreeable to running profitable business plans. Our short sited BOD agreed to this plan and TPL instituted it. It is not working for our needs. They both need to adjust, or they both need to go.
