Would you like a change to the current BoD composition? Please, just a yes or no.
If yes, will you , in spite of all the variables, help in this effort, starting now? Please, just a yes or no
What a delightful parody of the "Have you stopped beating your wife?" question.

while at the same time avoiding a reply to the question asked:
As this movement has no doubt been ongoing for some time now, would you not agree that the organizational skills underlying this endeavor hardly instill any confidence in an ability to better manage PTSC?
The addition of another BoD member by and of itself would change the current compostion of the BoD, but the only guarantee with that is an increase in costs. It would not ensure a change in policy.
A proxy solicitation therefore becomes the only viable means to effect the desired changes. for which I have already provided an example, and given an indication of potential costs. To lessen the probability of a legal challenge, which I believe will happen in any event, any allegations made against the BoD either in the solicitation, or by members of your group on message boards, will require full evidentiary support - proof.
Either way, shareholders will have to bear the costs of any litigation.
The additional downside for supporters of the proxy solicitation is the personal indemnity liability, which I have perviously commented on .
In closing, I confirm that I will not provide a "yes" or "no" response to the question posed for the reasons given above, but will look forward to reading your proxy solicitation from which to determine my voting intentions.
