Indeed, there was much disquiet about warrant holders, which included S&L and Caplan, when they all received the dividend payments on those warrants.
This didn't bother me as it was a means to removing totally the warrant overhang, which was impacting on the share price.
To the best of my knowledge no warrants remain, but I find it interesting that a recipient of the payments on those warrants is now suggesting that they would be better able to increase shareholder value.
