As a practicing out-of-state Anesthesiologist, I seriously doubt Dr. Falk has any SEC regulatory filing or compliance experience. Balancing a Doctor's workload with Board requirements is very difficult. FYI, I DO have SEC Compliance experience and the requirements and minutiae are considerable.
