Yes Mr Lozano does not have the experience that most here would get behind.....
Concerning Mr Caplan , at the SHM that i attended in 2008 the entire board was well aware of who he was ...He knows our history and has been a very successful business man....He is qualified .....
and,
i agree 100% with Wolf that with qualified people running this company we will be highly successful
As one is unable to determine exactly what experience in running a publicly traded company Mr Caplan has, how is it possible to to guage if he is "qualified" or not?
