To replace all members is a dramatic undertaking that would require replacing experts in the areas of law and finance that are critical to the operation of this company. We could easily get along without Felcyn and Falk. We could probably be OK without Mistry and Schrock but it might hurt tech efforts. We critically need Johnson (which Biajj never answered me was a reputable man or not. I know his history but what is the real truth about him. Flowers is our only full time employee and you cannot run a company without a money man period?

ques#2 They absolutely should take a massive pay cut. Falk should get absolutely nothing. No options, nothing. Felcyn should be a paid employee and resign board and possibly Johnson as well. I don't know much about Johnson and evidently everyone is afraid to write about him. He may have been the key to holding this company together when Leckrone subversively attacked PTSC by his acrimoneous actions.

How can you be sure that a new regime will be fiscally conservative??? Based on what? Goerner and all came in with great promise. They filled none of them but wasted our money.

To run this company right now we really need 2 people a finance man and a patent lawyer. Every one else should be hired help. PDSG could probably need another 1 or 2 employees including a leader and a tech expert. We don't need more board members we need LESS! This is how I am voting and I want less.
