Message: While needless talks about BOD candidates, sp is decreasing monotonically

Even though your message was to Milestone, I wanted to comment.

I agree with you that the SP in retrospect could be considered a pump as there were problems with J3 and later with PTO complements of PUBPAT but the BOD and the changes were a direct result of 3 people in my opinion. David Pohl with the help of concerned shareholders pumped MMP and the 336 before a NIRC existed, yet, millions were collected and squandered. This again was caused by the CEO Goerner with the help of concerned shareholders and the acquiesense(SP) of the BOD which I contend is Johnson. The 3 amigos term is being misused. They are Swartz, Johnson and Pohl. Falk and Felcyn have no relationship to Johnson.

In all this time, the MMP is getting stronger each and everyday.

Right now, the BOD, Cliff Flowers and every other swinging has nothing to do with where we are going because we are dependent on TPL and Alliasense move for licenses in the short run. They do have to manage the collections that we receive. Flowers has indicated dividend and PDSG if they prove themselves worthy.

The monies were gifted to the Management and the BOD. The Management, Goerner, Bibeau and others lost the millions and they hoodwinked the BOD (Johnson). Remember Flowers ran the books period. He seems to be a real interim CEO, basically a fill in holding down the fort while Johnson runs PTSC. He has made good decisions with Baroni and going after Leckrone to reel him in. He should be applauded for this.

We depend on Johnson to make the right decisions with input from Flowers and I'm sure occasionally from Schrock, Mistry and Felcyn. Will he? This is the question and one which I repeatedly asked Biajj to answer but NDA evidently won't allow. This is the crucial question because of his continued relationship with the 3 amigos (not they were all bad but they sure weren't all good, lol).

The BOD let the last CEO take advantage of their weaknesses. Will Stan Caplan help or hurt? Would his decision making ability win out and would we ever know, based on the NDA, lead us in the right direction? Is this just more of a waste of shareholder funds?

I hear the anger in your tone and I feel it as well. Ronran says we shall see. I agree.

There are 2 places they can place the final license fees obtained, either with shareholders in the form of dividends or PDSG. PDSG may or may not grow SP. This is the gamble. MMP is the sure thing.
