I have not evaluated their specific needs. This was just supposing, that if they are successful their needs will increase and be determined by Mr. Mooney, Director of PDSG. That will be determined hopefully in an incremental fashion and approved by Flowers and Johnson. Another words, you won't be cutting here, you will be adding with workload increase.

If you have evaluated PDSG personnel situation then you are way ahead of me and I would like to read about your thoughts on PDSG. I am getting tired with the discussing the BOD. We have pretty much beat them into the ground.
