I've read all about the nepotistic "good ol' days" where directorships were given out on a reciprocal basis. How disappointing it must now be that this is no longer the case. Corporate America has changed to eradicate that system, as have many other countries.

The most you received was $5,000 per month, or $60,000 per annum, about double the current remuneration for some PTSC directors. With 6 other directorships, wouldn't that mean a maximim fee package to the order of some $420,000 per annum?

It would be interesting to see if the combined total directorships of the current BoD was even seven, let alone thirtyfive(5 x 7).
