for some time. I read that we loaned TPL some $2 mil. Was there ever a purpose stated? And in the PDS Master Agreement i remember a stipulation that if the joint monies could not be paid one...the other company, TPL or PTSC, would gain a higher ownership %. Was any of this exposed in the TPL/PTSC lawsuit? TIA joe
