I don't know and don't really care what Stan or any BOD member can do. I know no BOD member can fix it all, no one can. But I need to point out the problems noted above are not so unusual in business, especially those in businesses like PTSC.

My comment above says nothing about PTSC's likelyhood of success. Success almost totally depends on their partners performance and ongoing PTO results. My point is that PTSC's issues are not unusual or extrodinary.
