I would like to see them put in a very stong CEO--one who can lead the company as we get new settlements from the MMP and new contracts for PDSG. I would like to see someone strong enough to direct/guide the other BoD members in a direction that is positive for this company and the shareholders. GL, ads
Thanks ads123!
This whole board issue is about what they don't do, not about what they can do or have done.......... "It's about leadership stupid!"
Take a close look at our board members. They are reasonable, responsible, respected people for the most part. They are analytical, thinkers, techy's, idea type people, probably wise too. They are however, not doers.
Like ads123 stated, our board needs a CEO (who could also be a board member) that is "strong enough to direct/guide the other BoD members".
What we need is a leader. A doer, an entrepreunerial type. A person who's very nature is to get things done, and move on to the next thing.
Believe me, the board will have thier hands full keeping tabs on this person. Not unlike Goerner. The board will need to step up and prove to shareholders, they do have the ability to outthink, guide and reign in when necessary, this type of go-getter.
The question is, are they afraid to hire the type of person the company really needs right now?
